Time flies

 Sorry I haven't posted lately.  Time really flies by without you knowing sometimes.  I've been having my ups and downs, but I am still working at my weight loss.  I am now at 160 pounds.  I have 36 pounds to go to reach my goal.  I hope to reach it by February.  I'm still trying to get more exercise in because I know the more I exercise, the faster I will lose weight.  It's all a mindset.  Just have to set your mind to do it and make the time, even if you think you don't have time.
