Still following the program

Last week I gained a few pounds.  I figured out why.  Even though I'm exercising more, my scale at work quit working so I started "guessing" at what I was eating.  After checking out my scale at home, I figured out I was eating too much.  So I weighed all the things I need to weight for work, bagged them up and this week I will be back on track.  So with that and more exercise, things should start moving down again toward my goal weight.  I still want to make my 100 pound weight loss goal by February 2013.  I have about 34 pounds now to lose to make that goal and 4 months to accomplish it. that works out to about 2 lbs a week.  I think if I really try, I can do that.  I really need to get focused so I can make it.  I will keep you all updated as I keep working the program.
