I seems to be stuck at the weight I've been at for quite some time. I have NOT however given up. I know what I need to do and I'm praying God's help to accomplish my goal. I am continuing to work my Weight Watchers program and go to the weekly meetings for encouragement. What I need to do (and I know it) is to get out there and exercise. I really hate to exercise, but I am praying about that also. If it's just walking, I need to find the time because when I do my "errand days" I seem to be able to meet my walking goal. Stay tuned because I KNOW I WILL MAKE IT WITH GOD'S HELP. It has been more difficult since I have not been working. But I know if I work at it, it will happen.
