Better Late Than Never

Well, I promised to post more often but failed at that project.  I am however still working my weight loss program - Weight Watchers.  I only have another 25 pounds to make my goal and as everyone knows, the last 25 pounds is the hardest to lose.  Trying to hit the gym at least 5 days a week.  Not always succesful but working toward that goal.  Still sticking to the program because I know it works.  How many have started something and then not stuck with it and ended up feeling like a failure.  I am in this for the long-term.  So far besides losing weight, my health has improved.  Of some medications and lowered others.  Healthy is a non-scale victory.  Stay with your project/goal.  It is worth it in the long term----health.
