working the program

Well, for 4 weeks, staying at or close to the same weight.  Need to lose 1.6 pounds. to reach my 50 pound goal.  I am not discouraged, just confused.  After our meeting Thursday we discussed plateaus and how to break through.  I'm changing up my eating habits by eating more during the day and less at night and doing more exercise.  Hopefully that will break the plateau and I will be on my way again.  Looking forward to reaching my first goal of 50 pounds.  Getting compliments from people noticing the weight loss are also encouraging me to continue on.
