LOSING WEIGHT

Losing weight has always been a problem for people. I have tried a lot of diets, but have found in the long run that the answer is eating right and the right amounts. Weight Watchers has reminded me of things we all really know - if you eat too much you will gain weight and not lose it. They have reminded me to watch the quanitity as well as the quality of what we eat. So far I have been going to meetings since June 30, 2010 and have lost 40 pounds. I still have more to go but I am determined to make it.
