I MADE IT!!!

Weighed in last Thursday and I made my goal of 50 pounds.  Finally broke through my 4 week plateau.  Starting walking so the exercise is probably what helped me get the weight loss going again.  I am so happy.    I will try to post some before and current pictures soon.  I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!  The meetings are very helpful and encouraging.  Lots of ideas to help make things easier.  Being signed up online is also very helpful.  There are online communities and blogs and being able to track what you eat and let the computer keep track for you makes it easier for me.  Others like to manually track everything on paper, so whatever works for you.  Will be checking back in soon to let you know how things are going.
