Help Me~

Does anyone have ideas how to spur yourself on to do exercise when you are exhausted from work??  And then still have to make dinner and .............. I know you all know the evening routine after getting home from work.  I'm still trying to get the exercise going on a regular basis.  Fortunately I'm still losing weight each week after breaking through my plateau.  I lost another 1.2 pounds last week.  Any ideas, please post.  Thanks everyone.
